At Tide, I own end-to-end quality assurance across member journeys, reviewing transactions and calls while strengthening fintech compliance, accuracy, and regulatory alignment. I partner with Fraud & Risk teams to monitor patterns, build preventive controls, and improve member experience.
I've led Error Rectification and Process Improvement initiatives, identified automation opportunities, and used quality analytics to uncover recurring risks, operational inefficiencies, and CX gaps. I also support new-hire training and provide performance-oriented feedback that builds frontline ownership.
