I’m looking for a Store Manager role where I can lead and motivate a team, improve customer satisfaction, and drive profitability through disciplined inventory management, training/mentoring, and consistent cash and shrinkage controls.

I’m an encouraging store manager and analytical problem-solver, focused on team building, leading, and motivating people while delivering excellent customer relations. I bring independent decision-making and sound judgment to create positive impact on company success.

Since April 2019, I’ve managed store operations at Khadim India Limited in Indore, where I improved store profitability by implementing cost-saving measures and efficient inventory management strategies. I maintain clear communication with corporate headquarters about store performance and request support when needed.

I coach sales associates on product specifications, sales incentives, and selling techniques, improving customer satisfaction through consistent, high-quality customer service. I also observe individual employee strengths and initiate mentoring to address areas of weakness, supporting stronger performance and engagement.

I monitor day-to-day execution with disciplined oversight of daily cash discrepancies, inventory shrinkage, and drive-off, while maximizing sales and minimizing shrinkage through adherence to standard practices. I’m dedicated to applying training, monitoring, and morale-building to strengthen the team and adapt quickly under pressure and changing challenges.
