Soukaina Zaihour

I’m a Program Coordinator and Community Center Officer with extensive experience in youth development, girls’ empowerment, community engagement, and international collaboration. I coordinate and implement social empowerment programs across Morocco, supervise and support local facilitators, and represent organizations at national and international events. I’m especially proud of my work leading guided tours and interactive community-center sessions while managing logistics, scheduling, transportation, materials, and hospitality for diverse partners and delegates.

I deliver training and workshops—from leadership and women’s empowerment sessions to menstrual health education for 80+ adolescent girls—by creating safe, inclusive spaces and fostering confidence and agency. I also strengthen programs through donor-focused reporting, large-scale visit coordination, and structured documentation using tools like Salesforce and KoboToolbox, supported by project management in Asana and Notion. I bring a cross-cultural, operations-first mindset to every initiative, with a clear commitment to social impact and measurable program outcomes.
