At WAFA FAIL, I coordinate procurement, supply chain, engineering, finance, and project-management activities for industrial projects. I support ERP selection and implementation by analyzing operational requirements and evaluating system capabilities against business needs.
I use Power BI, Advanced Excel, and data-analysis techniques to analyze procurement, project, and cost data for budgeting, cost control, and management decisions. I also improve operational workflows through standardization and digitalization.
Previously at MAGHREB PIPE, I analyzed maintenance workflows, equipment performance, and operational data to identify reliability and process-improvement opportunities. I developed preventive-maintenance strategies using Reliability Engineering, RAMS, Lean, and MTBF indicators.
