I'm looking to apply resource allocation, capacity planning, forecasting, and operational analytics to improve flow, prevent bottlenecks, and strengthen SLA and KPI performance.

I've optimized real-time resource allocation, shift planning, and operational flow across ZR Express, Biopharm, and Condor Electronics. At ZR Express, I monitored shifts, reallocated resources during workload spikes and delays, and tracked delivery, lead-time, and return KPIs to protect SLA performance.

I use SQL, Power BI, Excel VBA, forecasting, and ERP/WMS systems to turn operational data into capacity plans, dashboards, and reliable daily execution. My background in operations research and decision support helps me eliminate bottlenecks, improve inventory and manpower planning, and maintain data integrity across fast-paced logistics environments.
