At SAIDAL Group, I coordinated order tracking with more than 10 suppliers, helping reduce follow-up delays by an estimated 30%. I also digitized procurement documentation, drafted purchase orders, and supported supplier evaluation using delivery-performance metrics.

At SNC-Lavalin and EFM, I tracked inventory, maintained purchasing and stock records, produced logistics KPI reports, and supported material-flow coordination. I identified a material-delivery scheduling bottleneck and proposed revised sequencing to improve operations.

I use Python, SQL, R, Excel, Power Query, and Arena Simulation to turn supply chain data into decisions. My projects include a demand forecasting model with approximately 85% accuracy, a warehouse simulation that reduced simulated throughput time by 22%, and an interactive logistics KPI dashboard.
