At SARL RAYLAN, I coordinate production activities and track material flows to support continuity of production.
I created production tracking tools and dashboards to support decision-making, and followed industrialization projects through production launch.
I analyzed processes for the CKD RAYLAN and LG projects, identified malfunctions, and implemented improvements. I also prepared flowcharts, work instructions, and technical manufacturing-process documentation.
Earlier, at FERTIAL, I studied and optimized procurement processes and developed a QFD method for evaluating procurement contracts.
