I've designed GitLab CI/CD pipelines that reduced deployment lead times and eliminated manual release errors, deployed Docker and Kubernetes services to improve scalability, and automated infrastructure tasks with Ansible and PowerShell. I also secure communications using TLS certificates.

At TESSELATE, I handled N1/N2 incidents, administered Jira, maintained Exchange Online and Microsoft 365 messaging, and centralized identity management through Active Directory and Entra ID. I deployed devices through Intune MDM and reinforced endpoint protection with Defender XDR.

Across YAZAKI MOROCCO and AEFE, I supported multi-site industrial and educational environments, managed Windows Server services and Cisco networks, and maintained continuity for critical SAP, CAD, and digital services.
