What I'm looking for

I am seeking a people-focused HR role where I can manage recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations while growing leadership skills within a fair, collaborative organisation.

I am an HR and recruitment professional with hands-on experience managing recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and day-to-day HR operations in multinational environments. I combine strong organisational ability with clear communication to create structure and efficiency in the workplace.

My recent roles include Business Development Manager and HR & Office Manager where I supported recruitment coordination, prepared contracts and correspondence, managed confidential staff files, and ran induction and probation processes. I have experience using HR systems and CRM tools to maintain accurate records and support reporting.

I am completing an ILM Level 7 Certificate in Leadership and Management to deepen my knowledge of leadership, recruitment, and people management, and I hold an ILM Level 5 and BTEC Level 5 Diploma in Business Management. I bring a positive, detail-oriented approach and strong teamwork skills to every role.

I am fluent in English and Arabic, aware of UK employment law and equality practices, and committed to fairness, confidentiality, and respectful workplace culture. I seek to contribute to organisations that value people-first HR, clear processes, and continuous improvement.
