I am an IT support and emergency response professional with hands-on experience in emergency medical services and corrections environments. I deliver rapid technical troubleshooting and crisis care under pressure.

As an EMT since 2017, I've provided emergency medical care, patient assessment, incident documentation and coordinated with medical staff to secure outcomes. My corrections experience sharpened my conflict resolution and de-escalation skills while maintaining security and compliance. I am pursuing CompTIA A+ and have experience with Zendesk and ServiceNow.

I bring strong communication, technical documentation, and bilingual English–French abilities to roles that require rapid decision-making and meticulous reporting. I am eager to apply my combined IT and emergency operations background in a collaborative, mission-driven team.
