I am looking for a role that allows me to support mental health initiatives, collaborate with dedicated teams, and continue my professional growth in a meaningful way.

My name is Sophie Thomson, and I am deeply passionate about supporting individuals with their mental health and wellbeing. Currently, I work as a Mental Health Project Worker at Threshold Training Network, where I provide 1:1 and group-based support to adults experiencing mental health difficulties. My role emphasizes mental health recovery, personal empowerment, and community development, allowing me to combine my academic background with hands-on experience.

With a Master’s degree in Positive Clinical Psychology and Technology, I have developed a strong foundation in clinical psychology and wellbeing.
