What I'm looking for

I'm open to a permanent senior in-house role where I can build governed performance management and analytics capability, translate strategy into measurable outcomes, and partner across commercial, digital, and data teams.

I've built commercial reporting, performance management, and analytics capability for Pick n Pay, MTN Group, CarTrawler, and AlignMint. At Pick n Pay, I grew a data monetisation revenue stream from zero to 250mil per annum and delivered vendor-facing insight products across regions.

Across telecommunications, retail, and FMCG, I translate strategy into KPI hierarchies, governed metrics, scorecards, and review routines that enable action. I've diagnosed a R100m budget shortfall, supported retention and churn reduction through data-led propositions, and lead cross-functional teams to turn complex data into clear commercial decisions.
