What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a guest-focused role where I can lead front-of-house operations, manage reservations and ticketing, and help create smooth, engaging experiences as part of a collaborative team.

I’m a guest-experience and theatre operations professional with hands-on front-of-house leadership. In banquet and lobby roles, I deliver “exceptional service,” handle seating and reservations through OpenTable, and create an elegant, welcoming experience for every guest.

My theatre background includes serving as an Advanced Theatre Manager and leading audience services—coordinating communication between directors, office administration, and students, supporting publicity and program creation, and managing efficient ticketing and lobby engagement. I also managed school productions as Company Manager (President) and Box Office Manager, overseeing trips, competitions, ticket sales, and team coordination.
