What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer-facing or operations role where I can build long-term relationships, support customers professionally, contribute in a target-driven environment, and continue learning.

I've supported customer bookings and day-to-day travel agency operations at Travel Manager, maintaining accurate booking records in Microsoft Excel while learning end-to-end travel operations from senior consultants.

At Greenpeace India, I engaged with 30–40+ people daily, built rapport, and secured a ₹7,000 one-time donor contribution through face-to-face fundraising.

Previously, at My Equation, I conducted 50+ outbound calls each day, scheduled meetings, maintained Excel reports, and supported lead generation for Robotics and AI programs. I enjoy understanding customer needs, building trust, and creating positive service experiences.
