I’m a results-driven Instructional Designer and Learning Strategist with 3.5+ years of experience architecting end-to-end learning solutions for enterprise and global clients. I translate complex technical and business challenges into learner-centered, outcome-driven experiences across eLearning, microlearning, simulations, and blended programs.

I lead the full learning design lifecycle—starting with learning needs analysis and skill gap mapping, then defining SMART learning objectives and building immersive storyboards, scripts, and detailed content blueprints. I apply frameworks like ADDIE, SAM, Bloom’s Taxonomy, and Design Thinking to keep solutions measurable, consistent, and aligned with workforce capability goals.

In fast-paced, client-facing environments, I collaborate with global stakeholders and SMEs, and I actively mentor teams of instructional designers and content developers. I’ve developed 20+ interactive eLearning modules and managed end-to-end LMS workflows (course publishing, enrollment tracking, QA reviews, and learning analytics), while ensuring accessibility and UI/UX compliance across learning assets.

I’m especially passionate about modernizing learning design—integrating AI-enabled design practices and emerging learning technologies to improve efficiency and quality. I enjoy driving continuous improvement through QA rigor, thoughtful iteration, and innovation in learning impact.
