What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead retail operations, compliance, and customer-experience improvements across multi-store networks, where I can build scalable SOPs, strengthen process consistency, and partner closely with HO and field teams.

I've led PAN-India retail operations across Mokobara, DaMilano Italia, Reliance Retail, and Bata India, strengthening store consistency, compliance, and customer experience.

At Mokobara, I manage daily operational controls, SOP rollouts, warranty and 30-Day Trial processes, customer escalations, inventory movement, and sales-reporting automation across stores nationwide.

At DaMilano Italia and Reliance Retail, I owned operational trackers, KPI dashboards, manpower planning, store-launch coordination, compliance audits, vendor coordination, and internal communications for Trends Footwear Stores.

I began building service-oriented teams and end-to-end store operations at Bata India, managing recruitment, training, inventory, budgets, and customer relationships.
