At WorkIndia, I lead product analytics and experimentation across Search, Onboarding, Candidate Engagement, Retention, and Fraud. My work supports a platform serving 7 lakh+ DAU.
I drove two insight-led iterations of the Candidate App Onboarding Revamp, delivering a 7% retention uplift over control. I also developed dynamic Role Category recommendations that expanded personalization from 16 static cohorts to approximately 10,000 granular cohorts.
I built SQL-driven search relevance frameworks for 700+ high-volume queries and contributed to initiatives that increased Calls + WhatsApp / DAU from approximately 35% to 42%. I also designed a Candidate- and Lead-level Fraud Exposure Framework that reduced lead-level fraud exposure by 1.1%.
