I want a remote-first role where I own technical support end-to-end—troubleshooting GoHighLevel/CRM issues, improving workflows and integrations, and delivering consistently high CSAT through clear communication and fast resolution.

I’m a Customer & Technical Support Specialist with 3+ years of client-facing experience across SaaS, CRM, and sales. I’m currently a Senior Technical Support Expert at HL Pro Tools, where I resolve 1,000+ GoHighLevel support tickets end-to-end via chat, email, and live calls while maintaining a 4.95 CSAT.

I’m known for troubleshooting CRM workflows and integrations, calming frustrated clients, and independently owning a ticket queue in a fully remote environment. I guide clients through onboarding and account setup, then train/shadow new hires using real ticket and call scenarios so they can succeed quickly.

Before HL Pro Tools, I became a GoHighLevel expert through fast, self-directed learning and delivered paid client work within two months. I built and optimized CRM systems, workflows, funnels, and lead management setups for small business clients.

Earlier in my career, I handled the full client journey for residential real estate sales, closing 2 apartment sales in the first month during a slow market.
