I’m currently a Senior Technical Support Expert at HL Pro Tools, where I resolve 1,000+ GoHighLevel support tickets end-to-end via chat, email, and live calls while maintaining a 4.95 CSAT.
I’m known for troubleshooting CRM workflows and integrations, calming frustrated clients, and independently owning a ticket queue in a fully remote environment. I guide clients through onboarding and account setup, then train/shadow new hires using real ticket and call scenarios so they can succeed quickly.
