I’m looking for a role where I can combine customer service and sales results with data-backed logistics or marketing support—using tools like Tableau and analytics to improve performance, while contributing ideas (including AI) to streamline operations.

I’m a customer-focused sales professional with experience delivering a “luxury, personalized shopping experience” by identifying customer needs and staying efficient in high-volume environments. I track and analyze sales metrics like conversion, ADT (average dollar per transaction), UPT (units per transaction), and LY (last years) sales metrics to drive performance.

Alongside retail roles, I’ve built a strong operations mindset through inventory and logistics work. At Ulta Beauty, I maintained store readiness through freight handling, monitored inventory accuracy by reporting damages and theft threats, and worked cross-functionally to complete projects on time.

In my Global Logistics Intern role at KEEN Footwear, I supported supply chain visibility by tracking and reporting shipment status, ensured compliance by classifying proper tariff codes, and documented chemical test records of materials in shipments.
