I’m a hybrid leader with 10 years of experience in gastronomic projects, building strategic client relationships across hospitality, brand experiences, and events in Europe, the United States, and Mexico. As Fundadora & CEO at Bocca Studio, I manage accounts end-to-end in lifestyle, fashion, and hospitality. I develop creative proposals and presentations for high-profile clients, coordinate production teams, providers, and creatives, and ensure delivery on time and with quality standards. From 2017 to 2021, as Chef Privado (en proprio), I led international culinary projects for private high-profile clients in wellness and luxury tourism. I coordinated end-to-end teams, providers, and logistics across Mexico, Europe, and the United States, while managing direct relationships with hotels, venues, and private clients to meet expectations.
Before that, I grew my commercial and community capabilities through roles including Community Innovation Manager at YFOOD, Account Manager B2B at Astrum Wine Cellars, and Events & Digital Marketing Executive at Humble Grape. I managed sponsors, venues, and B2B partners, handled a large premium producer portfolio with clear revenue targets, and supported brand growth through CRM, social media, and communication—alongside executing corporate and private events end-to-end.
