I bring over 10 years of residential childcare experience across safeguarding, therapeutic practice, operational leadership, budgeting, and workforce development. I’ve led residential teams using the P.A.C.E. approach, maintained Quality Standards through Ofsted inspections, and supported children with emotional and complex needs.
