Sofia Eliseeva
@sofiaeliseeva
I’m an Android-focused software engineer who delivers reliable features through technical leadership.
What I'm looking for
I’m a software engineer specializing in Android and mobile experiences, with hands-on experience across the full lifecycle—from building apps from scratch to shipping and stabilizing key product features. I’ve worked with product, QA, and client teams to streamline design and release so user-facing improvements land smoothly.
At Disney, I’ve owned technical delivery and leadership, including implementing native push notifications and leading a small team for a major Retry Now initiative. I’ve also driven cultural impact by creating an Android team survey and helping teammates transition from Slack to Teams to strengthen cross-team connection.
Earlier roles included developing an Android app from scratch at Omnislash (using Koin and Jetpack Compose) and planning and leading PKCE OAuth integration at TeamViewer to unify login experiences. Before that, I built scalable Bluetooth services and improved onboarding documentation, strengthening developer and QA workflows—an approach I still bring to every team I join.
