I’m seeking to join a healthcare organization as a Bilingual Medical Customer Service Representative, delivering warm, accurate, professional patient support. I hope to grow toward patient coordination and healthcare operations while contributing to an outstanding patient experience.

At CEMIM, I supported patients from the front desk of a medical center, helping create a warm experience from first contact through follow-up. I scheduled appointments, managed physicians’ agendas, and handled patient inquiries by phone, WhatsApp, and social media.
