What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a customer-focused role where I can handle scheduling and records, support patients or shoppers, and follow procedures with respectful communication—while growing in administrative and healthcare service.

I’m a customer service professional with administrative support experience across diverse work environments. I’m responsible, organized, and committed to providing respectful and clear communication with customers.

I handle record management and information tracking while following established procedures, and I’m quick to learn and adaptable to different roles. In my Pharmacy Assistant role (2024-2026), I provided customer service and assistance, supported sales, and processed health insurance procedures.

Previously, as a Receptionist in a Mental Health Clinic (2021-2022), I managed appointment scheduling and call management, handled electronic record management, and supported patients. I’ve also delivered customer service in a Beauty store (2019-2020) with product recommendations and payment processing, and in a Restaurant role (2016-2018) with order taking and coordination with the service team.
