At Manhattan Associates India Development Centre Pvt Ltd, I deliver functional consulting and end-to-end solutions for Manhattan Active WM and SCPP/WMOS implementations. I’ve contributed to 7+ enterprise implementations and supported 30+ DHL warehouse operations across APAC.
I led the DHL Ringfence Team, a chargeable service focused on resolving critical issues before escalation to Product QA. I also addressed high-priority defects during pre-go-live maintenance and go-live readiness to reduce risk.
My consulting engagements included DHL, Nike, L’Oréal, Saputo, and J.Crew. For L’Oréal Australia, I supported requirements, design approvals, configuration validation, and SIT testing; earlier at Subex Limited, I worked on functional, regression, and integration testing.
