At Manhattan Associates, I design, configure, and validate Manhattan Active WMS solutions for warehouse programmes across EMEA and APAC. I’ve supported clients including CEBEO, MISUMI, Canadian Tire, Forever Direct, Schneider Electric, and BESTSELLER.
I lead extension testing and solution design for complex MHE integrations, defining message types, field mappings, process flows, configuration parameters, and extended attributes. My work spans Daifuku, SSI Schaefer, KNAPP, Vanderlande, Ceelog, parcel integrations, inventory flows, and automated warehouse testing.
Previously at Tata Consultancy Services, I built test strategies, plans, and cases; supported requirement gathering and effort estimation; and drove defect tracking and root-cause analysis. I also mentor new joiners through MAWM training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
