At STL Digital, I lead Icertis contract lifecycle management implementations for enterprise customers, guiding projects from requirements gathering and solution design through deployment and post-go-live support.
I configure and test pre-configured Icertis instances, implement Discover Copilot, develop BRDs, FRDs, and FSDs, and prepare cutover checklists for timely delivery.
Previously at CloudMoyo, I drove Icertis implementations for enterprise customers, including Google, Microsoft, and several Big 4 technology organizations. I configured NDAs, MSAs, and SOWs while coordinating product, engineering, operations, stakeholders, and customer teams.
My background also includes supply chain operations, logistics analysis, quality improvement, and public-sector civil engineering projects involving tendering, construction, renovation, and hospital project execution.

Worked on High Budget Projects for product implementation as Functional Consultant and delivered good results with customer satisfaction through problem solving, process enhancement and effective time management methodologies in an Agile environment.
Has worked on the projects for Google, Microsoft using the Icertis Contract Management Software - ICM in the Professional Services department as Associate Functional Consultant.
• End-to-end process analysis of the inbound and outbound logistics operations
• Capturing the standard operating procedures and functional requirements by documenting the complex scenarios for the day-day operations in order to provide transparency across all the verticals.
