At Amazon Development Centre, I improved compliance throughput 10x while maintaining 100% quality, and reduced redundant ASIN inflow by about 70% through automation, rule writing, and ML workflow optimization.

I developed the Hummingbird ML rule-writing mechanism and a keyword-based tool that classified 95% of ASIN files at 99.5% accuracy. I also implemented the CRISP Tool OR function, reducing completion of a 250K-ASIN file from 30+ days with 25 people to 3 days with one.

I manage EU EPR compliance validation for France and Germany and developed hazardous-goods frameworks using GHS standards and HTRC classifications. I also created KPI/SLA scorecards and dashboards to give leadership insight into productivity, quality, and inflow trends.

Before Amazon, at ICICI Bank Ltd, I handled EDD and KYC compliance reviews, clearing audits, and trade accounts. I detected fraud during EDD and received the Ace of Spades award for three consecutive months.
