I'm looking to apply compliance auditing, data analysis, dashboard building, and AI automation to improve operational visibility, risk mitigation, and workflow efficiency.

At Amazon, I execute end-to-end product compliance audits across global marketplaces, identify regulatory risks and defect patterns, and maintain 100% Quality and 100% Productivity metrics. I also clean high-volume compliance data and use Generative AI workflows to accelerate regulatory reviews and SOP updates.

I led a three-person team during Amazon's SPeX Hackathon to design and launch an organization-wide operational dashboard that centralized performance, quality, productivity, and schedule tracking. Previously, I managed complex customer disputes and compliance escalations across UK and IN marketplaces while improving workflows through root-cause analysis.
