Previously at GlobalLogic (Hitachi acquired), I governed a $90M revenue portfolio for the North America BU across hybrid delivery models, owning FP&A, revenue forecasting, and C-level P&L reporting. I led portfolio-level variance analysis and drove resolution of $100K+ forecast deviations, while managing end-to-end resource & FTE planning, ARIBA-based invoicing governance, and tight margin governance (50%+).

Earlier, I led Salesforce CRM implementation and built PMO governance and board MIS dashboards, reducing manual reporting effort by 40% and supporting ISO9001:2008 QMS certification. I bring hands-on expertise in Salesforce CRM, Power BI, AI-driven automation (Microsoft Copilot Studio, ChatGPT, Claude/Anthropic), and advanced analytics to continuously raise operational excellence.
