I'm looking for a role where I can support accurate billing or Order-to-Cash operations, resolve data and transaction issues, and collaborate across teams to improve business processes.

I manage billing operations, transaction processing, and data analysis for HCLTech’s Sempra energy project using SAP HANA. I investigate electric and gas meter billing discrepancies, account issues, and billing exceptions while maintaining data accuracy.

I also support Google Cloud Order-to-Cash operations through Salesforce, including CPQ transactions, opportunity governance, pricing validation, contract accuracy, and transaction reviews. I collaborate with global and cross-functional teams to resolve issues, meet SLAs, and improve processes.
