I am seeking roles focused on backup/data protection and incident management where I can lead recovery efforts, optimize backup systems, and collaborate across teams to minimize downtime and improve reliability.

I am a Technical Engineer with over four years' hands-on experience in Backup as a Service (BaaS), data protection, and incident management, working with technologies such as EMC Avamar/IDPA and IBM Tivoli Storage Manager. I routinely perform restores, schedule and optimize backup policies, conduct daily health checks of TSM and IDPA servers, and prepare regular server-health reports to ensure high recovery accuracy and minimal downtime.

I have strong experience using ServiceNow for incident lifecycle management and change requests, coordinating incident bridge calls across support, application, and infrastructure teams, and providing on-call support during major incidents. I hold relevant certifications including Microsoft AZ-900 and Oracle SQL coursework and bring solid SQL/RDBMS knowledge along with familiarity in Java, HTML, and CSS.
