I’m looking for a role where I can own enterprise backup operations and cybersecurity compliance—proactively preventing failures, resolving incidents quickly, and partnering with vendors and cross-regional teams to maintain strong SLA performance.

I’m a Backup & Cyber Resiliency Engineer focused on enterprise backup operations, backup monitoring, and fast incident resolution. I manage backup environments with Veritas NetBackup, Dell EMC NetWorker, and Avamar, ensuring SLA adherence through proactive failure analysis and reporting.

I also bring cybersecurity assurance experience, running server-level compliance assessments and Security Health Check (SHC) scans to identify gaps and drive remediation within SLAs. Across NA & EE regions, I coordinate vendor escalations, support client migration and restores, and help teams improve through documentation, training, and continuous improvement.
