I'm seeking product-focused opportunities where I can translate business and operational problems into clear requirements, coordinate delivery with engineering and QA, and improve healthcare data or AI products.

At Deloitte-USI, I work with AI/data engineering, QA, and business teams on US healthcare data products, including clinical membership and eligibility platforms. I investigate data and operational issues, then turn stakeholder needs into product requirements, acceptance criteria, and engineering-ready specifications.

At CkuensAnalytics, I owned planning and delivery of AI-powered AWS data pipelines, defining features, priorities, and success metrics. I also coordinated UAT and built Python dashboards to share AI product performance with non-technical leadership.
