I’m looking for a challenging role in HR, administration, or executive assistance where I can make a significant impact—owning HR operations, compliance, payroll/attendance, and seamless executive support with fast, accurate execution.

I’m an HR & Admin leader with over 11 years of experience spanning accounting, recruitment, payroll, compliance, and the full employee life-cycle across PAN India operations. I’m at my best when I can turn process into measurable results—especially during rapid growth.

As HR & Admin Manager for a multinational machinery/automation company headquartered in China, I spearheaded HR operations across PAN India, scaling the team from 25 to 250+ employees. I manage payroll, attendance, HR policies, and compliance while coordinating visa processing and international employee support.

Earlier, at Carzspa Autofresh Pvt. Ltd., I led accounting operations (ledger, bank reconciliation, financial reporting) and owned GST, TDS, PF, and tax compliance filings. I also handled payroll and attendance and supported recruitment and onboarding—contributing to 20× growth from ₹50 Lakhs to ₹10 Crore turnover.

I’m now focused on securing a challenging role in HR, administration, or executive assistance where I can make a significant impact. I bring strong organization, quick software adaptation, and the ability to simplify and solve multiple tasks without losing accuracy.
