I’m looking to lead HR for large workforces—owning full-cycle recruitment, HRIS/ATS operations, and strict regulatory compliance. I want to digitize HR processes, strengthen employee relations, and support payroll and contracting requirements with accuracy.

I’m a strategic Human Resources professional with 6+ years of experience specializing in full-cycle recruitment, payroll coordination, and employment law compliance. As HR Head, I manage HRIS management and ATS administration to streamline talent acquisition and onboarding for large-scale operations.

In my current role, I oversee full-cycle recruitment and workforce operations for 7,000+ employees, ensuring hiring and onboarding stay aligned with government contracting standards. I also coordinate payroll and service delivery for major clients such as NTPC Ltd. and Adani Power, with a focus on regulatory alignment and operational continuity.

I take compliance seriously, administering employment law and regulatory requirements across complex organizational structures. I support employee relations and leave management throughout the employee lifecycle, including documentation for FMLA administration and experience certification, while ensuring PF, ESIC, and labor law adherence and Service Contract Act readiness.

Before stepping into HR leadership, I built a strong finance foundation through roles in accounting and audit support. I managed payroll coordination, bookkeeping, GST reconciliation, and reporting using Xero Online, Tally Prime, Zoho Books, Tally ERP-9, Advanced Excel, and Google Sheets—experiences that strengthen my ability to deliver accurate, audit-ready HR and compliance execution.
