As an IT Support Engineer in the Billing and Tariff Department, I handle full-cycle billing operations—monthly billing runs, invoice issuance, financial reports for accounting, and reconciliation. I also analyze and reassess CDR files, manage the MNP process, and support the integrity of billing-related data against the business model in Oracle.

I run product lifecycle activities in PROD, including launching business functionality and hotfixes, managing customer products within accounts, and investigating issues with corrective actions. In 3rd-line support, I process tickets by analyzing OpenSearch logs and checking object status in the Oracle database and subscriber accounts.

I develop and optimize SQL for root-cause analysis (using PL/SQL Developer for Oracle and DBeaver for PostgreSQL), and I support infrastructure monitoring with Query Exporter/Prometheus/Grafana. I administer Kubernetes (kubectl, Rancher) and RabbitMQ, analyze API endpoints with Swagger, document processes in Confluence, manage tasks in Jira, and coordinate межоператорское взаимодействие through ASPC requests and issue resolution—while continuously improving PROD processes through bug reports and implemented optimizations.
