Nelson Katekwe

I am a dedicated DevOps/Platform Support Engineer with over four years of experience in providing technical support and maintaining software applications. My journey began with a Bachelor of Science (Honours) Degree in Information Technology from Chinhoyi University of Technology, where I graduated with a 2.1 (Upper Second). I have honed my skills in troubleshooting complex technical issues and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal system performance.

Currently, I work at NTT Ltd. as a Direct DevOps Engineer, where I develop and maintain tools that automate processes for software product releases. My role involves providing Tier 3 support, troubleshooting at various levels, and collaborating with project teams to identify and resolve system bottlenecks. I have also worked as an SQL Developer at Malshab Consulting Engineers and the Zimbabwe School Examinations Council, where I designed efficient database architectures and optimized performance through effective query management. My technical proficiencies include SQL Server, Microsoft Azure, and Docker, among others.
