At United States Pharmacopeia, I map current and future processes for the FRAME digital transformation initiative, which is modernizing the drug standards documentation lifecycle. I document business processes alongside underlying data systems and help keep sprint and release reporting on track.
At Dhira Software Labs Pvt Ltd, I led requirements work across six HRMS modules and served as Scrum Master for a cross-functional team of 10+ members. I also supported improvements to the Akashic AI/ML platform and its Generative AI workflows.
My earlier work includes documenting requirements for TGCDMA Government Web Application and banking workflows for Wipro Limited’s ICICI Bank project. I’ve also worked on public welfare and scholarship systems, including Epass / Jnanabhumi, and hold the Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC) credential.
