At Zifo, I develop interactive data visualization applications and bioinformatics workflows for large-scale multi-omics datasets, including single-cell RNA-seq, bulk transcriptomics, proteomics, GWAS, and PheWAS data.
I build scalable R Shiny applications, integrate databases using SQL, and deploy applications through GitHub Actions, Docker, Shiny Server, and RStudio Connect. I also develop and maintain bioinformatics pipelines using Nextflow and monitor cloud-based pipelines with Seqera Platform.
My work includes statistical analysis, data visualization, and predictive modeling, including LASSO-based organ age prediction models. Earlier, I worked as a Research assistant at Biomeitez research and development laboratory in microbiology and molecular biology.
