What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead evidence-informed education and cultural initiatives that widen access, strengthen learning outcomes, build institutional capacity, and create stronger pathways from education into employment.

At the British Council, I lead a 10-programme country portfolio across school education, higher education, and cultural and creative industries. I connect Peruvian authorities with UK education leaders while building partnerships with MINEDU, universities, private-sector organisations, and international stakeholders.

I've scaled education programmes through PerúEduca, expanding access to UK training resources for 4 million students and 400,000 teachers. My work combines education policy, teacher development, quality assurance, transnational education, employability, and university-industry collaboration.

I build hybrid grant-and-revenue portfolios, lead institutional transformation, and use evidence and data to improve programme impact. Across the British Council, LUCIDA, and academic institutions, I've managed teams, budgets, safeguarding, risk, and learning programmes that strengthen access and pathways into employment.
