What I'm looking for

I want to do coaching work fully as a virtual instructional coach, walking beside teachers rather than evaluating them and helping them build on their strengths.

At Leep Dual Language Academy, I formally coached eight elementary teachers one-on-one on classroom management and student engagement. I supported teachers during instruction with strategies and guided practice, and joined parent conferences at teachers’ request.

I also coached parents in one-on-one sessions and designed reading-strategy workshops to help families support learning at home. My approach is non-evaluative and strengths-based: I listen first and help teachers find their own next step.

At Colegio Roosevelt, I collaborated on differentiated, hands-on instruction and coached families on their children’s progress. I’m now looking to do this work fully as a virtual instructional coach.
