At GOBS Technologies Sdn Bhd, I interviewed stakeholders across seven industries to understand business requirements, workflows and implementation risks ahead of enterprise system rollouts. I reviewed process and user feedback to identify gaps, documented decisions with Marketing, Sales and IT, and supported training and adoption for 450+ users.
For my Trinity College Dublin dissertation, I cleaned and validated 537,094 event records across 13,388 customer applications, then used Python and PM4Py to analyse FinTech onboarding processes. I identified bottlenecks, repeated work and process deviations, translating the findings into operational improvement priorities and business-facing measures.
