What I'm looking for
I am an administrative estimator with hands-on experience in quantity take-offs, invoice preparation, and tender documentation. I have supported quantity surveyors, managed data capture, and prepared progress and payment reports for construction projects.
My background includes roles in property development and construction where I handled RFQs, material and plant ordering, and weekly cost feedback. I bring strong numeracy, attention to detail, and proven proficiency with Microsoft Office to every task.
I also have call-centre experience providing customer service, cold calling, and achieving sales targets, which strengthened my communication and client-relations skills. I work independently, stay organized, and solve problems effectively under deadlines.
