Gerrit Bennemeer

I am a Quantity Surveyor with five years' practical experience in estimating, tendering and contract management across building and civil projects. I combine strong numerical aptitude with a passion for construction and a practical, hands-on approach.

I hold a National Diploma in Building and related subjects, and this qualification has been accredited by the South African Council for the Quantity Surveying Profession (SACQSP) and the South African Council for the Construction and Project Management Profession (SACPCMP). My training covers quantity surveying, construction technology, price analysis and estimating, and construction accounting.

In my roles I have consistently produced accurate quantity take-offs, prepared competitive quotations and tenders, compiled final accounts and managed subcontractors while maintaining strong client relationships. I have operated as an estimator, junior quantity surveyor and contracts manager, developing proficiency in measurements, bill of quantities compilation and project administration.
