What I'm looking for

I seek roles where I can produce accurate BOQs and cost estimates, work under JBCC/industry standards, lead site coordination, and grow into larger-scale project responsibilities.

I am a qualified Quantity Surveyor with a National Diploma in Quantity Surveying & Construction Management and hands-on experience preparing BOQs, cost estimates, and administering JBCC contracts for residential and commercial projects. I have used Dimensionx and RIB Candy (CCS Candy QTO and estimating tab) alongside Excel to manage costs, support tendering and perform site measurements to improve cost control and project efficiency.

I have supervised construction teams and coordinated suppliers on high-end residential builds, acted as client contact, and completed multi-million-rand projects including new builds, renovations and industrial repairs. I work to ASAQS and SANS standards, adapt quickly to new measurement software, and bring practical, client-focused delivery supported by reliable remote-working capabilities.
