What I'm looking for

I seek site-focused commercial roles where I can manage costs, contracts and procurement within collaborative teams, deliver accurate BOQs and progress reporting, and grow toward senior commercial or contract management responsibilities.

I am a skilled Quantity Surveyor who delivers accurate cost estimates, manages contracts (JBCC, NEC) and monitors project financial performance to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget. I combine strong mathematical ability, construction practices knowledge and quality assurance focus with hands-on experience in takeoffs, BOQ preparation, variation management and progress certificates.

I am client-focused and team-oriented, experienced in procurement, project expediting and site liaison, with practical expertise in sandblasting, piping, coatings, scaffolding, corrosion protection, ceramic and rubber lining. I hold a BSc in Construction Economics, am completing BSc Hons in Quantity Surveying and maintain OH&S and driver certification to support site-based responsibilities.
