At CIDCON private limited, I work as a Project Executive, planning, coordinating, and executing project activities with stakeholders. My role includes supporting field operations and working toward project objectives within the defined scope, timeline, and budget.
At Aga Khan Agency for Habitat, India, I worked on Project Parivartan, an integrated rural development project funded by HDFC Bank CSR. I supported the Area Manager with implementation planning and stakeholder training, and worked with project beneficiaries, particularly women, across the project villages.
At Tata Trusts, I coordinated implementation of the District Mental Health Program at the block level. I supported field-office operations, logistics and stakeholder coordination, and program documentation and reporting.
At Magic Bus India Foundation, I worked on the Disha project, designing activities, games, and stories to encourage education among children in rural areas. I also mentored students on career opportunities and worked with girls and women through workshops during my internship at Akshara Organization.
