I am a retail and customer service professional with over three years of experience in high-volume grocery and convenience environments, combining front-end operations with floral merchandising. I consistently drive correct POS and service desk execution while maintaining compliance with food safety, age verification, and loss-prevention policies.

At Safeway and Chevron I run registers, balance tills, handle returns and overrides, train new teammates, and independently open and close stores. As a floral designer I create custom bouquets and displays, manage same-day orders, and reduce shrink through conditioning, cooler QA, rotation, and cycle counts.
