What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build and scale outcome-driven education or entrepreneurship programs, combining operations, curriculum, instructional delivery, and team development.

I've built a new B-school from the ground up at Crucible Institute of Management, creating operational frameworks, team structures, and the flagship two-year PGPM for its inaugural cohort.

I led the full student learning lifecycle—from admissions and personalized pre-joining plans to curriculum iteration and faculty execution—and achieved 100% internship placement with organizations including Tira, Enrich, and Theobroma. I also designed and taught communication and design thinking courses through HBR cases, simulations, and role-plays.

Across StartupYou, Indus International School, Venture Boss, and Kurando, I've delivered entrepreneurship programs, trained 100+ teachers, co-founded an ed-tech venture, and led full-cycle recruiting in an early-stage tech startup.
